Patient Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide patients and attendants courteously.
• Assist patients with registration, admission, discharge, and billing processes.
• Coordinate appointments, diagnostic tests, and procedures as per doctor’s advice.
• Provide basic information about hospital facilities, policies, and services.
• Help patients and families with queries and escalate concerns to seniors when required.
• Maintain proper records and update hospital systems with patient details.
• Collect feedback from patients for service improvement.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (preferably Healthcare / Hospitality / Social Work).
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers may apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
