HR Manager
Salary: 25-30k
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, develop, and execute recruitment strategies.
· Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, and selection.
· Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
· Maintain a healthy, transparent employer–employee relationship.
· Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
· Implement performance evaluation systems.
· Guide managers on goal-setting and employee development.
· Facilitate training programs to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
· Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
· Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
· Manage employee benefits, leaves, attendance, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
· Support leadership in planning talent development and succession planning.
· Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
· Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
