Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Piravom, Ernakulam, Kerala
Company: vincos food products
Industry: FMCG / Food & Beverages
Experience Required: 5+ years in HR management (FMCG experience preferred)
Reporting to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Plan, source, and recruit manpower for factory, field, and office roles
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
  • Draft and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company goals

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive employee satisfaction initiatives and grievance redressal
  • Build a positive work culture and manage internal communication

Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
  • Support department heads in setting KPIs and evaluating outcomes

Payroll & Attendance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accounts
  • Monitor attendance systems and manage leaves and overtime

Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and plan employee training programs
  • Organize soft skills, safety, and compliance training

HR Data & MIS

  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports for management
  • Analyze attrition, absenteeism, and productivity trends

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience; FMCG industry experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle field-level staff and blue-collar workforce

Pay: ₹15,626.45 - ₹20,000.00 per month
