Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, and the ability to drive organizational growth and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing mentorship and support as needed.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management roles, with demonstrated success in leading HR functions and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative HR solutions to support business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience implementing HR technology solutions.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
