We are looking for a responsible and skilled RO (Reverse Osmosis) & ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) Operator to manage and maintain the operations of water treatment and effluent treatment systems. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of water treatment processes, chemical dosing, and routine maintenance of RO and ETP systems. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor RO plant , ETP , and STP (if applicable) as per SOPs. Regularly check parameters like pH, TDS, turbidity, flow, pressure, and chemical dosing levels. Start, stop, and regulate pumps, valves, and motors of the plant. Maintain records of daily operations, log sheets, chemical consumption, and maintenance activities. Conduct routine cleaning, backwashing, and membrane maintenance of the RO plant. Handle sludge dewatering and disposal in ETP as per environmental guidelines. Ensure proper chemical handling and storage. Follow safety and environmental regulations strictly. Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team. Report deviations, leakages, or breakdowns immediately to the supervisor.
