Management Representative

Job Title: Management Representative (MR)Department: Quality / Management SystemReports To: Managing Director / General ManagerJob Purpose:

To act as the key representative of top management in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, etc.) and customer requirements in the corrugation box manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management System (QMS):
• Establish, implement, and maintain the QMS as per ISO 9001 and relevant standards.
• Ensure that processes required for the QMS are effectively established, implemented, and maintained.
• Coordinate periodic internal audits and external certification audits.
• Customer Focus:
• Ensure customer requirements are identified, understood, and consistently met.
• Handle customer complaints, take corrective/preventive actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Prepare, update, and control quality manuals, procedures, SOPs, and records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and certification requirements.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive initiatives for continual improvement in product quality, production efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Training & Awareness:
• Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on QMS, product quality, safety, and compliance.
• Promote quality culture across all levels of the organization.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Act as a link between top management and operational staff for QMS-related issues.
• Present periodic management review reports to senior management.
• Supplier & Process Control:
• Ensure suppliers meet quality requirements for raw materials (kraft paper, inks, adhesives, etc.).
• Monitor process parameters to maintain consistency in corrugated box production.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Paper Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / ISO Management Systems in packaging or corrugation industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC-COC, and other relevant standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Skills:

• In-depth understanding of corrugated box production processes.
• Knowledge of testing standards for corrugated packaging (burst strength, edge crush test, etc.).
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong documentation and audit handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
