HR Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gandhidham. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and implementing HR policies and procedures. Tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing strategies for talent acquisition, training and development programs, and managing compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations
• Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and human resource management
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ability to design and execute training and development programs
• Experience with compensation and benefits management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
