Job Responsibilities: Electrical Systems Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure proper functioning of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), PLCs, AC/DC Motors, LT Switchgears, and ACBs. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot electrical faults in cranes and related control systems. Control Systems & Automation: Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for process automation. Implement control logic for Furnace control, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics. Installation & Commissioning: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment in the manufacturing unit. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Crane & Motor Control: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems for EOT cranes and other industrial lifting equipment. Handle motor control circuits, drive synchronization, and power distribution. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Plan and execute maintenance schedules to prevent downtime. Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure proper compliance with industry regulations. Candidate requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in designing and managing electrical wiring systems. 3-4 years of Experience required in the same or relatable field.
