HR Manager

As a Human Resources Manager at MAN Industries (India) Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and implementing HR policies and procedures at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Gandhidham. Your tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in developing strategies for talent acquisition, training and development programs, as well as managing compensation and benefits for our dedicated workforce.
