The role involves overseeing end-to-end recruitment, building strong HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations relevant to manufacturing and e-commerce environments. The HR Manager will focus on employee relations, performance management, training, and cultural development to support business growth across online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Lead the HR department and oversee HR operations for production, warehouse, office, and e-commerce teams. Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for roles across textile production, quality control, marketplace operations, and support functions. Develop and implement HR policies tailored to a manufacturing + e-commerce business setup. Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and workplace safety norms.
