Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Nurse with expertise in Beauty & Aesthetic Therapy to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine clinical nursing knowledge with practical beauty therapy skills to provide safe, effective, and professional healthcare and aesthetic treatments. This role focuses on delivering holistic wellness solutions, ensuring client safety, and enhancing their overall beauty and wellbeing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Wellness Care

• Conduct initial health assessments to evaluate client medical history and current health conditions.
• Assist doctors and healthcare professionals in developing and implementing personalized wellness plans.
• Administer prescribed medical and aesthetic procedures safely and efficiently.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate, confidential medical records.
• Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and hygiene protocols as per regulatory standards.

Beauty & Aesthetic Therapy

• Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, skin therapies, waxing, and body care.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized treatments and products.
• Provide advice on skincare routines, beauty products, and post-treatment care.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and additional treatments to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest hygiene and sterilization standards.
• Offer excellent client service – from warmly welcoming guests to managing follow-ups.

Requirements

• Nursing qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration (preferred).
• Additional Certification/Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetic Treatments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse or in a similar healthcare-beauty hybrid role.
• Proficiency in basic nursing care and aesthetic/beauty procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, client-focused approach.
• Ability to collaborate with doctors, dietitians, and wellness professionals.
• Passion for both healthcare and beauty industry, with commitment to client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
