In the realm of production management, your duties will include planning, coordinating, and supervising daily OSD operations such as blending, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, and packaging. It will be imperative to ensure strict adherence to production schedules, batch records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while optimizing the utilization of resources like manpower, equipment, and materials to meet output targets efficiently. Your role will also encompass maintaining quality and compliance standards by enforcing cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements set forth by FDA, MHRA, and WHO. You will lead deviation investigations, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to resolve batch-related issues and facilitate timely product release. Effective team leadership will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, involving the management, training, and mentoring of production supervisors, officers, and operators.
