Job Description

Job Location is in Gujarat (District-Kutch) Quality Inspections & Testing: Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products. Use analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers) and follow SOPs for testing. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality protocols. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of test results, deviations, and corrective actions. Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards. Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, FDA, WHO, and other relevant guidelines. Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions. Non-Conformance Management: Identify and report quality deviations or non-conformities. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Continuous Improvement: Participate in root-cause analysis and process optimization initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Equipment & Lab Management: Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment. Ensure lab cleanliness and safety standards. Customer Complaints: Investigate and resolve quality-related complaints promptly.
