Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, forecasting trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Cost Management & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost control and process improvements. Develop financial models to assess profitability and evaluate investment opportunities. Assist in Audit Closure: Support the audit process, ensuring all financial records and statements are accurate and ready for review. Assist in closing audits in a timely manner and resolve any audit-related issues. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of experience. A strong understanding of financial management is essential, with a sharp business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling). Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
