QC Manager

As a Quality Control Manager in the fashion industry, your role involves maintaining and improving the quality of clothing and accessories throughout the production process. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality control procedures, collaborating with design and production teams, and ensuring that finished products meet the brand's standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control procedures specific to the fashion industry, taking into consideration factors such as materials, construction, and finishing details. - Establish and communicate clear quality standards for each product category. - Coordinate and oversee inspection and testing processes for fabrics, trims, and finished products. - Conduct spot checks and random inspections at various stages of production to identify and address quality issues. - Work closely with design teams to ensure that product specifications align with quality standards. - Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement improvements. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components. - Conduct quality audits and assessments for new and existing suppliers. - Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors. - Provide training on quality standards, inspection methods, and company expectations. - Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection results and corrective actions taken. - Generate regular reports summarizing quality performance for management review. - Identify opportunities for process improvements in collaboration with production and design teams. - Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize the quality control process. - Stay informed about industry trends and standards related to fashion quality and compliance. - Ensure that quality control processes align with relevant regulations and customer expectations. Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of 1 year in a similar role is preferred. Please note that the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Relocation before starting work is required.,
