HR Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations and office administration, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End HR Operations: Manage the complete employee life-cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, and off boarding.

• Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and managing candidate communication.

• HR Policy & Compliance: Assist in the development, implementation, and adherence to HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws.

• Payroll Support: Provide support for payroll processing, including data collection and verification.

• Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Office Administration: Oversee daily office administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and general support for smooth office operations.

• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and administrative records, both physical and digital.

• Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics and administrative activities as required.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations and office administration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel functions (Vlookup, Pivot Tables).

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
