The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing and developing our recruitment and employee engagement strategies, aiming to foster a productive and harmonious work environment. Qualifications And Skills Candidates must have experience as an HR manager, a mandatory skill for this role. Proficiency in using HRIS platforms is required to efficiently manage employee information and keep records organized. Should have a strong grasp of talent acquisition to effectively attract, select, and onboard new employees for our growing team. Ability to implement employee engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and productivity within the organization. Experience with performance management systems is necessary to ensure employee objectives align with company goals. Must ensure labor law compliance, enabling the company to maintain legal integrity in all HR-related matters. Data analysis for HR activities is required to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of HR policies and initiatives. Advocating diversity and inclusion initiatives is crucial to create an equitable and diverse workplace. Roles And Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Develop and implement HR policies that promote a culture of fairness and compliance within the company. Lead employee engagement activities to ensure a fulfilling and supportive work environment. Oversee the operation of HRIS platforms to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes. Assess employee performance and provide feedback to support personal and professional growth. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
