HR manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention.
• Support organizational change initiatives and promote effective communication throughout the company.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain workplace standards.
