Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources team and oversee all HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities : Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent. Conduct performance management and appraisal systems to support employee development. Plan and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities. Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee relations. Skills : Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels. Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
