KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. State Operations Management - Oversee daily state operations across offices, warehouses, franchises, stock points, and field units. - Ensure implementation of all SOPs and operational guidelines. - Maintain discipline, structure, and accountability across the state team. B. Warehouse & Inventory Discipline - Supervise warehouse operations including inward, outward, FIFO, hygiene, and dispatch accuracy. - Ensure zero stock discrepancy and accurate system records. - Conduct weekly internal audits and monthly stock verification.Role & responsibilities C. Supply Chain & Dispatch Coordination - Follow up with supply chain and logistics teams for timely dispatch. - Track deliveries, courier performance, and RTO cases. - Escalate shortages, delays, and supply issues immediately. D. Distributor & Franchise Support - Handle operational queries from distributors and franchises. - Ensure defined resolution timelines and proper follow-up. - Reduce repetitive complaints through process improvement. E. Communication & Information Flow - Ensure accurate dissemination of company updates, product information, policies, and training schedules. - Prevent misinformation or unauthorized communication at field level. F. Training Execution (Non-Sales Role) - Coordinate new joining orientation, product knowledge sessions, and process training. - Ensure training materials reach all concerned stakeholders.
