Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the HR team to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related issues.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
  • Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive work environment and strong employee relations.
  • Address employee grievances and conflicts effectively.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale.
  • Performance Management
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs.
  • Support succession planning and career path development.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labor Laws, etc.).
  • Ensure HR policies are updated and effectively communicated.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Design competitive compensation structures.
  • Manage salary reviews, incentives, and benefits administration.
  • Training & Development
  • Plan and execute leadership and skill development programs.
  • Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior management.
  • Use analytics to drive HR decisions and improve processes.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in handling large teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
