Job Description

Role Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for hiring, supporting employees, managing HR processes, and keeping a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and hire new employees.
  • Manage job postings and candidate sourcing through portals like Naukri.com, WorkIndia, and other platforms.
  • Make onboarding plans and train new staff.
  • Handle employee queries, problems, and complaints.
  • Create and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll, leaves, and attendance records.
  • Support performance reviews and staff development.
  • Build a positive and healthy work culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Graduate in HR/Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of HR experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
