Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing Process: Supervise production of creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc. Monitor mixing, emulsification, homogenization, and packaging. Scale up formulations from R&D to full-scale production. Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product stability. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations . Troubleshoot formulation or production issues. Raw Material & Inventory: Verify raw materials, preservatives, and active ingredients.
