COSMETIC R & D MANUFACTURR

A Production Chemist in a cosmetics manufacturing company oversees the formulation, production, and quality control of skin and hair care products. The role ensures compliance with industry standards, optimizes production, and maintains product consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Process:
• Supervise production of creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc.
• Monitor mixing, emulsification, homogenization, and packaging.
• Scale up formulations from R&D to full-scale production.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product stability.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations.
• Troubleshoot formulation or production issues.
• Raw Material & Inventory:
• Verify raw materials, preservatives, and active ingredients.
• Manage procurement and supplier quality approvals.
• Equipment & Process Optimization:
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Safety & Documentation:
• Ensure hygiene, safety protocols, and compliance.
• Maintain batch records, SOPs, and production reports.

Specifications require:

• Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years in cosmetics/personal care manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cosmetic formulations & raw materials.
• Experience in manufacturing equipment & troubleshooting.
• Understanding of GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Work Environment: Factory setting with lab and production interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

• Dehli, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
