Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Manager will lead the company’s human resources function by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and organizational development. This role requires a people-oriented leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on HR operations, ensuring a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Plan and execute full-cycle recruitment processes for all departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and build effective job descriptions.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and manage offer rollouts.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.

Performance Management

  • Lead the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
  • Support managers in improving team performance and handling disciplinary issues.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, HRIS data, and employee documentation.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compensation-related processes.

Organizational Development

  • Lead HR strategy initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Support organizational structure changes, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Build a strong internal employer brand and promote employee growth and retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
