Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. This role involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. The ideal candidate will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, while promoting organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Staffing Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, and selection. Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs. 2. Onboarding and Offboarding Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires. Manage employee exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback. 3. Performance Management Implement performance appraisal systems and monitor employee evaluations. Support managers in addressing performance issues and employee development plans. 4. Training and Development Identify employee training needs and coordinate development programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. 5. Compensation and Benefits Oversee payroll, benefits, and incentive programs. Review and update compensation structures to remain competitive and equitable. 6. Employee Relations and Engagement Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts. Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement. 7. HR Policy and Compliance Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards. 8. Strategic HR Planning Align HR strategies with overall business goals. Lead initiatives related to workforce planning and organizational development. 9. Health, Safety, and Wellness Ensure workplace safety policies are followed. Implement wellness programs to support employee well-being. 10. Reporting and Analytics Maintain HR metrics and generate reports for management. Use data to guide strategic HR decisions.
