Job brief:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead the full HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development. The ideal candidate must come from a technology company and be experienced in building scalable people practices in a fast-moving environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead hiring for technology and business functions.
  • Partner with business heads to define role requirements and resourcing plans.
  • Build strong sourcing pipelines, employer branding initiatives, and hiring SLA frameworks.
  • Ensure accurate recruitment analytics and dashboards.

2. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Conduct skills gap analysis and workforce capability assessments.
  • Design and roll out structured learning journeys for tech and non-tech roles.
  • Implement internal knowledge-sharing programs, mentorship structures, and leadership development tracks.
  • Coordinate with external training partners for specialized upskilling programs.
  • Track training effectiveness through pre/post assessment, feedback loops, and performance impact measurement.
  • Build Atrina’s learning culture focused on continuous growth, innovation, and high performance.

3. Performance Management

  • Drive performance review cycles, role clarity frameworks, and goal alignment mechanisms (OKRs/KRAs).
  • Support managers in performance coaching, feedback delivery, and talent development plans.
  • Manage talent reviews and succession planning.

4. Onboarding, Engagement & Culture

  • Lead structured onboarding and induction programs for seamless integration.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, employee connect forums, and culture-building activities.
  • Strengthen organizational values and ways of working across teams.

5. HR Operations, Policies & Compliance

  • Oversee HRIS, payroll coordination, attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Develop and manage HR SOPs, policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Handle employee relations with high empathy, confidentiality, and fairness.

6. Strategic HR Partnership & CSR Initiatives

  • Work closely with leadership teams on org design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations using HR analytics and dashboards.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
  • 5-9 years of HR experience, preferably in a technology / digital environment.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, L&D program design, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using HR data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
