Job Description

Role Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Manager (Kakkanad)to oversee end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and compliance to engagement and performance management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and play a key role in shaping our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
  • Handle HR operations — attendance, payroll coordination, HRIS, and documentation.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, Shops & Establishment).
  • Support OKR/KPI-based performance cycles and appraisals.
  • Plan learning programs and engagement activities.
  • Manage compensation reviews, benefits, and R&R initiatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and grievances.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or tech services.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and HR analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
