Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management to support a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Prepare job descriptions and job postings.
  • Coordinate interviews and handle candidate communications.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires and induction programs.

Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company requirements.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability.

Performance & Appraisal

  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems.
  • Monitor key employee metrics and support career development.
  • Assist department heads with goal setting and appraisals.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
  • Plan workshops, team-building activities, and leadership training.

Payroll & Attendance

  • Oversee monthly payroll process in coordination with Accounts.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee working hours.
  • Ensure proper exit formalities, full and final settlements.

HR Operations & MIS

  • Maintain HR MIS reports on hiring, attrition, and compliance.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Ensure timely renewals of contracts, IDs, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and payroll software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
