Recruitment and Staffing Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning. 2. Employee Relations Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management. 3. Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles. Work with managers to identify employee development needs and performance improvement plans. Implement reward and recognition programs to encourage high performance. 4. Training and Development Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Support career growth and succession planning initiatives. 5. Compensation and Benefits Oversee payroll, compensation structures, and benefits administration. Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay and benefits. 6. Compliance and Policy Management Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook. Manage HR documentation and personnel records. 7. HR Strategy and Reporting Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review.
