Job Title: HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR, with significant expertise in payroll management.

Qualifications: MBA, Business Administration, or related field.

Location: Baner, Pune

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2 years of experience, specializing in payroll management, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle endto-end payroll processing, support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management (Primary Focus):

  • Manage the full payroll cycle, including salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement.
  • Ensure accurate processing of statutory payments (EPF, ESI, TDS, etc.) in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain payroll records, reconcile discrepancies, and manage audits related to payroll.
  • Handle employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and tax-related issues.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a liaison for employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and payroll.
  • Support conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Track performance metrics and support employee development initiatives.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports, assist in audits, and manage documentation related to payroll and HR compliance.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR and payroll policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, labour laws, and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
