HR IT Recruiter

As an HR IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling the End-to-End IT Recruitment process. This includes conducting both face-to-face and virtual interviews for various tech profiles, preparing job descriptions based on the hiring requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for the interview process. You will also be evaluating applicant qualifications and recommending suitable candidates, while working closely with department heads and supervisors to hire new employees. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Noida Sec -65 with a 5-day work week and immediate joiner to 15 days notice period. The working schedule is Monday to Friday on morning shift.
