In this hybrid role, you will be tasked with full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting responsibilities. The position is primarily based in Nasik with the flexibility to work remotely when necessary. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a set of qualifications that include expertise in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and recruiting skills. Additionally, proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting is essential. Previous experience in recruiting for IT, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related industries would be advantageous. Furthermore, we are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team setting. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for this position.
