Telosa is a leading CX platform company focused on enhancing customer engagement and experience through innovative SaaS solutions. We are growing our team and looking for a dynamic Junior HR Executive to support our human resource operations and help foster a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Handle employee engagement activities and support a positive work culture.
• Assist in performance management and training & development programs.
• Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for timely processing.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Assist in exit formalities and documentation for departing employees.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
• Contribute to HR reporting and data analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 06 months to 1 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
