Job Description

Working Monday to Saturday Time 10 AM to 7 PM We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar staff and managerial positions, developing employee motivation and engagement programs, and implementing a structured employee performance rating system. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to build an effective, motivated, and performance-driven workforce. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & OnboardingPlan, source, and recruit blue-collar employees (warehouse, packaging, logistics, etc.) and managerial-level staff. Develop hiring channels through job portals, agencies, referrals, and local networks. Conduct interviews, screenings, and background verifications. Manage the onboarding and orientation process to ensure smooth integration of new employees. 2. Employee Motivation & RetentionDesign and execute employee engagement and motivation programs (monthly recognition, rewards, team-building activities, etc.). Develop initiatives to boost morale, reduce absenteeism, and improve retention among blue-collar workers. Gather feedback from employees and address workplace concerns proactively. 3. Performance Evaluation & Employee RatingDevelop and implement a transparent employee rating and performance appraisal system. Coordinate periodic performance reviews for all departments. Collaborate with management to link performance ratings to promotions, increments, and incentives. 4. HR Administration & ComplianceMaintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare periodic HR reports and workforce analytics for management. 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training programs for both blue-collar and managerial staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations. Proven experience in blue-collar and managerial hiring. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance. Skills Required:Excellent communication and people management skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting. Creative in developing motivation and engagement initiatives. Analytical mindset for designing employee rating systems.
