ob Description: HR head(Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement)Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple functions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in finance, operations, risk management, sales, and customer service.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and management to address queries, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement activities to monitor workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and organizational values.
  • Travel across company branches to interact with employees, conduct HR audits, resolve issues, and strengthen engagement at the ground level.

Performance Management

  • Drive and oversee the performance appraisal process, aligning it with company goals.
  • Support managers with effective feedback delivery, coaching, and goal-setting practices.
  • Identify employee training and development needs, recommending relevant programs.
  • Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees and monitor progress.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with strong exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to company branches as part of the role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and employees at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
