Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, fabrication items, and auto components for bus/ambulance bodies. Identify and develop local and national vendors/suppliers as per company needs. Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and credit terms. Prepare purchase orders (POs) and track material deliveries to ensure timely availability. Coordinate with production, stores, and design teams to understand material needs. Maintain proper documentation of purchases, invoices, and delivery notes. Monitor inventory levels and plan reorders in coordination with the store. Handle follow-ups for urgent purchases and ensure cost control. Ensure compliance with quality standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.). Generate daily/weekly MIS reports related to purchases. Candidate Requirements: Must have knowledge of auto spare parts, GI sheets, aluminum sections, seat components, FRP panels, electrical fittings, and fabrication hardware. Experience with procurement software/ERP (Tally, Busy, etc.). Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong market knowledge of Indore and nearby industrial areas.
