Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, fabrication items, and auto components for bus/ambulance bodies. Identify and develop local and national vendors/suppliers as per company needs. Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and credit terms. Prepare purchase orders (POs) and track material deliveries to ensure timely availability. Coordinate with production, stores, and design teams to understand material needs. As a Store Manager at our bus body building plant, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient inventory management and streamline store operations to support the production process. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stocktakes, and implementing optimization strategies to minimize waste and stockouts. You will also be in charge of sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and managing supplier relationships to secure the best prices and delivery terms. In terms of store operations, you will lead and train store staff, maintain cleanliness and organization, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
