Ltd. is a trusted provider of cloud-based IT solutions, delivering scalable infrastructure and expert-managed services to businesses globally. We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our Mumbai team to handle both HR operations and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Work with department heads to understand role requirements and staffing needs Post job openings on relevant portals and platforms Conduct HR interviews and coordinate final selection with hiring managers Maintain recruitment tracker and generate hiring reports HR Administration Maintain and update employee database, records, and personnel files Facilitate onboarding activities: documentation, induction, and orientation Manage exit process: clearances, final settlements, and exit interviews Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll for salary processing Draft HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and notices Handle employee queries related to HR policies, documents, and salary slips Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations Assist in the implementation of company policies and HR procedures Prepare HR data for audits and compliance reporting Employee Engagement & Support Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives Coordinate internal communication and organizational updates Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances professionally Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role Sound knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance Familiar with HRMS platforms and attendance/payroll software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
