Job Title: Office BoyLocation: Andheri, Mumbai Department: Administration Reports To: Admin Manager / Facility Manager Job Summary:The Office Boy will support the day-to-day operations of the office by performing various administrative and basic maintenance tasks. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring smooth office functioning, and assisting staff with minor tasks. Key Responsibilities:Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas. Assist in opening and closing the office premises as needed. Handle office errands such as bank work, courier dispatch/pickups, and document delivery. Refill office supplies (stationery, drinking water, etc.) as needed. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing materials when required. Support administrative staff in photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical work. Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of workstations and public areas throughout the day. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Admin Manager. Requirements:Prior experience as an office boy or in a similar role preferred. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and office etiquette. Trustworthy and reliable with a positive attitude. Ability to communicate in basic English or Hindi. Physically fit and able to carry out minor lifting tasks (e.g., moving water bottles or parcels). Punctual and well-groomed. Preferred Attributes:Polite and respectful behavior with staff and guests. Willingness to take initiative and support the team as needed. Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene.
