Qualify leads based on their requirements and interest level. Product Promotion & Consultation: Provide information about our cloud solutions, including Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba) and Private Clouds. Understand client needs and recommend suitable services to meet their business objectives. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings with qualified leads. Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for scheduled appointments. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. Update lead status and track progress to ensure effective follow-up. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
