Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team at our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, engage with customers, explain product details, and convert leads into sales while providing excellent customer service. Indeed

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and follow up consistently.
• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries regarding jewellery products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Convert calls into sales/orders while achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Resolve customer queries politely and maintain a professional attitude.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel.
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the team lead/manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience: Freshers with good communication skills or 0–2 years in telesales/sales.
• Communication: Good verbal communication (Gujarati/Hindi/English)
• Sales Skills: Convincing attitude, target-oriented, customer-focused
• Computer Knowledge: Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge
• Attitude: Confident, energetic, positive, and ready to learn
