About the Role :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves handling inbound leads from various channels and partner networks. Conducting site tours and explaining Project offerings, pricing, amenities. Then closely following up with potential clients to close deals by maintaining high conversion rates and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Conversion Handle inbound leads from various channels (Online & Offline) and respond promptly.
2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Market & Competitor Awareness Stay updated on Real Estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
4. Centre Coordination Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and finance teams for client requirements.
5. Business Development Identify new partnership opportunities with Real Estate brokers, channel partners, and real estate networks. Participate in corporate events, networking meetings, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 0–1 years of experience in sales/ Tele Calling (Construction or real estate preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.
Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Tamil (Kannada & Tamil Preferred)
Ability to work weekends and thrive in goal-oriented settings
