Telesales Executive

TwinKido is a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sleep solutions brand specializing in premium mattresses, pillows, and comfort products. Our mission is to help people sleep better through innovative, high-quality products designed for exceptional comfort and support.

We are looking for female candidates from Coimbatore who are motivated, communication-focused, and willing to commute to Kovaipudur to join our team as Telecalling Executives. This role involves engaging prospective customers, promoting our sleep products, and providing exceptional buying support over phone calls

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers based on leads and enquiries.
• Explain product features, benefits, offers, and pricing clearly and confidently.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve product-related queries, and assist with purchase decisions.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead data, and follow-up details in CRM systems.
• Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in campaigns, product promotions, and seasonal sales activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: Any degree (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Experience: 0–5 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (training provided).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Good listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM data-handling ability.
• Target-driven, confident, and eager to learn about consumer products and sales techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
