About the Role : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves handling inbound leads from various channels and partner networks. Conducting site tours and explain Project offerings, pricing, amenities. Then closely Following up with potential clients to close deals by maintaining high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Management & Conversion Handle inbound leads from various channels (Online & Offline) and respond promptly. Conduct site tours and explain offerings, pricing, Amenities etc. Follow up with potential clients to close deals. Maintain high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions. Ensure seamless onboarding of clients after closure. 3. Market & Competitor Awareness Stay updated on Real Estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing. Share insights with management to improve positioning and pricing strategy. 4. Centre Coordination Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and finance teams for client requirements. Ensure accuracy in documentation, agreements, and Pricing/billing. Maintain updated occupancy and sales reports. 5. Business Development Identify new partnership opportunities with Real Estate brokers, channel partners, and real estate networks. Participate in corporate events, networking meetings, and promotional activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales/ Tele Calling (Construction or real estate preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs. Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
