Key Responsibilities: Install CCTV systems including wiring, camera mounting, and system setup. Configure and maintain DVR/NVR systems and IP/network-based surveillance equipment. Perform regular maintenance, service checks, and timely repairs on installed systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to surveillance systems. Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable CCTV solutions based on client needs. Ensure proper documentation of installations, service calls, and maintenance work. Provide training to clients on how to use the installed systems. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of parts responsibly. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards during all work.
Accounting Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping using Tally / Excel / accounting software. Handle accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare invoices, vouchers, and receipts. Manage petty cash and maintain records of day-to-day financial transactions. Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and reports. Coordinate with auditors and assist in audits and tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.). Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and vendor bills. Office Administration Responsibilities: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Support HR and admin functions such as attendance management, office supplies, and vendor coordination. Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle general office coordination. Assist the management team in routine administrative and operational tasks.
