About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Generalist with a strong focus on end-to-end employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing core HR processes to ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding to exit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate with external vendors for recruitment requirements on a need basis.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Oversee offboarding formalities, including exit interviews and fi nal settlements.

3. HR Operations

• Support payroll inputs and leave management.
• Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fi eld (MBA in HR preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to IT recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.

Strong profi ciency in MS Office and Excel.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
