HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist at our organization, you play a crucial role in driving our success by developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and cultivate a positive work environment. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing various HR functions, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. Your key responsibilities include managing all HR activities, developing and maintaining HR policies that align with our goals, and promoting a workplace culture that fosters engagement and productivity. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, offering guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. To excel in this role, you must hold a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial capacity, preferably within the IT/Tech sector. Your strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance standards will be essential, along with your proven leadership skills and excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and ATS platforms, is required. We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker with a people-centric approach to HR. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring at least 1 year of HR experience. The work location is in person.
