The HR Generalist will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and training activities. This role is crucial for supporting smooth operations, maintaining employee morale, and ensuring the company’s HR processes run in auto-mode.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Maintain a healthy work environment and promote positive employee relations.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
Support employee wellness and motivation initiatives.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Oversee daily attendance, leave approvals, and monthly attendance closure.
Maintain accurate data for payroll processing.
Monitor lateness, absenteeism, and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with finance/account teams for salary processing inputs.
4. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee files, HR records, and confidential documentation.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, KRAs, offer letters, confirmations, and appraisals.
Ensure smooth execution of all HR activities and SOP implementation.
Support digital record-keeping and HR system updates.
5. Performance Management
Assist in implementing the performance review system (KRAs/KPIs).
Ensure timely feedback collection from department heads.
Track employee performance and assist in improvement plans where needed.
Support training needs identification for employees.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to company policies, HR guidelines, and code of conduct.
Maintain statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, etc.) with consultant support.
Assist in drafting and updating SOPs and HR policies.
7. Exit & Offboarding
Manage resignation process, exit interviews, handover documentation, and clearance.
Analyze exit feedback and identify improvement areas.
Ensure smooth closure of all employee offboarding formalities.
Skills & Competencies Required:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong command of HR operations and recruitment.
* Good problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
