OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Generalist to manage and support core human resource functions across the organization. This role involves end-to-end involvement in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR operations. The HR Generalist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Employee Management Life Cycle i.e. from hiring to exit of IT, Knowledge and core group employees and Co-ordination with various Division for recruitment.
• Source potential candidates through online channels like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & others.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, New empanelment of agencies & working with current staffing agencies for C2H & Regular recruitments.
• Monitor implementation of HR systems, such as Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Career and Succession Planning etc.
• Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for the improvement of the organisation's HR policies and practices.
• Ensure implementation of HR policy and compliance with the same, and give inputs on HR policies and their compliance.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting, providing insights to improve organisational effectiveness.
• Vendor management and Inventory management.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in HR-related software
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Timing:
Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pmSaturday – 9 am to 5 pm
