Job description Designation – Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in day to day operations of our institute. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in use of basic Microsoft tools. Excellent knowledge of English and computer, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

Candidates preferred and immediate joiners required.

• Conduct onboarding of students who have enrolled for any course at GAMMA.
• Coordinating with faculties and scheduling lectures and making sure lectures are conducted on time.
• Handling queries from students and providing immediate resolution for their problems.
• Coordinating with the students to provide better opportunities to students.
• Coordinating demo lectures between faculties and the sales team.
• Making sure installments are collected from students, on time.
• Curating content, along with the product team, to update the course
• Maintain a learning management system with updated content from the product team.
• Generating monthly progression reports of students and guiding them on places to improve.
• Location: Juinagar Timing: Monday to Saturday – 9 to 6 /6.30 Navi Mumbai
